On January 3, the US Department of Commerce announced that it had launched the third anti-dumping sunset review of wooden Bedroom Furniture (wooden bedroom furniture) imported from China.At the same time, the US International Trade Commission (itc) launched an anti-dumping sunset review of industrial damage investigation in the case to examine whether if the current anti-dumping measures are cancelled, the substantial damage of the import of the products involved to the US domestic industry will continue or reoccur within a reasonably foreseeable period.Stakeholders shall submit their responses to the ITC by February 2,2022, and to the case on the adequacy of the response on March 18,2022.
On December 17,2003, the Department of Commerce announced an anti-dumping investigation into wooden bedroom furniture imported from China; on November 17,2004, the Department of Commerce announced affirmative anti-dumping final determination of amu bedroom furniture; on January 4,2005, the United States revised the anti-dumping final determination of products involved in China and issued the anti-dumping tax order.Thereafter, the United States conducted two next-day reviews and extended the tax period twice on December 30,2010, and on February 24,2017.The US coordinated tariff numbers of the products involved are 9403.50.9042,9403.50.9045,9403.50.9080,9403.50.9041,9403.60.8081,9403.20.0018,7009.92.1000 and 7009.92.5000.
